We are proud to announce that members of our GSSR community have been awarded prestigious NCN grants for their outstanding research projects.

Among NCN grant awardees are two of our exceptional PhD students. Wiktoria Morawska, a fourth-year Sociology student at IFiS PAN, received funding for her project “Work, success, relationships, and support? A qualitative study of negotiating and reproducing gender patterns in border areas in the narratives of partners of successful women and the women.” Tomasz Zając, a third-year Political Studies student at ISP PAN, was awarded a grant for his project “The attitude of voters of selected EU countries towards the principle of degressive proportionality used in elections to the European Parliament.”

We are equally proud of our faculty member, dr hab. Marcin Miłkowski from IFiS PAN, whose project “Theorizing the Mind: A Cognitive Metascience Approach” also secured NCN funding.
