On February 1-3, IFIS PAN and GSSR are organizing the international event “How do we feel about democracy? Results of the European Social Survey.” The event comprises a 2-day workshop and 1-day conference.
On February 1-2, we invite GSSR doctoral students to attend the workshop “How Europeans view and evaluate democracy? Ten years later.” The 2-day workshop is devoted to working on a monograph on attitudes toward democracy based on the ESS data. Workshop leaders and authors of the monograph include renowned democracy researchers, including Prof. Hanspeter Kriesi of the EUI in Florence, Prof. Dietlind Stolle of McGill University in Montreal, and Prof. Bernhard Wessels of the WZB and Humboldt University in Berlin. Interested GSSR students can attend the workshop as auditors after registration at the GSSR office.
On February 3, we invite all those interested to join us for the conference “How do we feel about democracy? Results of the European Social Survey.” Open to the public, this conference will share results from ESS Round 10. It is possible to attend the conference in person or online.
