GSSR students pursue a variety of research topics aligned with their previous educational and professional experience in NGOs, government, and the private sector. These projects often aspire to make meaningful contributions to society.
While our PhD programs are divided into philosophy, sociology, political sciences, and psychology, many of our students engage in interdisciplinary research that combines these disciplines or adds new ones to the mix.
The diversity of thought and experience among our students is aligned with the heterogeneity of interests among both GSSR faculty and the overall academic community working at our affiliated institutes.
