We invite GSSR PhD students in years 1 to 4 and in good academic standing to apply for the GSSR International Mobility Award (GIMA). Thanks to NAWA STER funding, for this Call we can award up to six international mobility fellowships for research visits at Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) abroad.

The duration of the GIMA-funded research visit abroad is usually from 1 month to 3 months. Awarded students receive 12000 PLN/month netto for covering the costs of living abroad, and between 3000 – 5000 PLN netto (depending on the host country’s location) for international travel. These amounts cumulate with the student’s monthly doctoral stipend (e.g., the legally mandated PhD stipend, the Preludium Bis scholarship, or GISA).
